Please note that equestrian projects like riding arenas and barns featured in our portfolio represent prior professional experience with Old Town Barns or Consigli and are not EXJ ROOT projects. We are dedicated to providing the local community with reliable, factual project management based on established industry standards.

Our Founder

EXJ ROOT LLC is led by Isaias Xavier Roberto, a Florida Certified Building Contractor (CBC1269741) with OSHA safety certification and more than 11 years of construction experience in the United States, including Florida and the Northeast. He provides direct project management with a focus on job site safety and regulatory compliance. His professional background includes previous work with Old Town Barns and Consigli on equestrian riding arenas and barns. These specific projects represent his individual career history at those firms rather than the EXJ ROOT portfolio. This foundation in construction management supports the professional oversight and technical standards he applies to every current project.
